		<description>Nicely written.  Even though I&#039;m only a novice runner, I, too have learned some lessons from this activity.

1. Patience:  There are soooo many times that I just want to run faster so that I can finish, but I realize that if I were to do that I would tire myself out.

2.  Endurance:  For me, it&#039;s not about how fast I go, but for how long.  I realize that most times, my body can do more, but my mind is weak.  Right now, I&#039;m trying to gain control of my mind so that I can make the most out of my runs.</description>
